When you send a message, a commission enquiry or a studio visit request, the details you type are stored: your name, email address, optional telephone number, the content of your enquiry, and any reference image you choose to upload. The website also remembers your language preference in your own browser.
Why it is collected
Your information is used only to answer your enquiry, to agree and manage a commission, or to arrange and confirm a studio visit. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. You may ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time by writing through the contact page.
Who can see it
Only the artist and authorised administrators can read submitted enquiries, bookings and messages. They are never shown on public pages. Reference images you upload are stored with restricted access and are not publicly reachable.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Write through the contact page and your request will be handled directly.
